Yes. Upload the staged photo with its label and post the original next to it. That satisfies Zillow’s photo rules and the disclosure rules of every MLS we know of. If you are in California, the label and original are required by law.
No. Most of our customers are selling on their own. You send photos, we send photos back. No MLS login, no bulk plan.
Usually yes. Shoot from a corner at chest height, lights on, curtains open. If a photo is too dark or blurred to work with, we tell you before you pay.
